Hi I plan to go to Shangri La sometime in mid November. Is it going to be very cold? Will there be any nice scenery during this time?

November is not a good time to visit Shangri-la as the weather will be very cold and the scenery is not good as well. Actually, the best time is from March to August and September or October is also a favorable month.
