About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Marriage and Birth Certificates notarization

Hello,
I am from Iran and have Z visa and residence permit for 2 years. I prepared Marriage and Birth Certificates as an English version (translated from Persian to English) and notarized by Iran Foreign Affairs and China Embassy in Iran, Can I apply residence permit for my family member by English Marriage and Birth Certificates in Guangzhou?

Where are they? if they have already entered mainland, you can apply for them the residence permits from your local PSB.
