What's the weather of Taiwan from 16 - 23 Nov 2013?

I am travelling to Taipei, Taichung, Tainan and Kaoshiung. It is safe to visit at that time?

Yes, it is safe to travel during that time.
For the weather condition, the average temperature is around 20 to 23C during that time and it may rain a lot in that month, so the rain gear is necessary if traveling then.
