taxi services from guangzhou baiyun airport to nearby hotels

Expected time of arrival at Baiyun Airport at 23:15hr,is taxi service still available from  airport to Baiyun Intl Airport Everyday Hotel?If Yes,what is the cost of hiring one to the said destination?I would like to know also whether taxi services at Baiyun Airport operates by centralised coupon system?(one purchases coupon before queuing for taxi)

Yes, the taxi is still available during that time and the taxi fare is around 10RMB in about ten minutes. I did not hear that the local taxis are operated by centralised coupon system.
