What's the Weather or climate in Shangrila kunming province early November 2013?

As I will visit Shangrila KM province early November 2013, I would like to know what's the weather or climate during that time so I can prepare the cloth that suite the weather. Thank you in advance for the information will be given.

The average temperature is around -5 to 11C during that time in that place.
It is suggested to take your down jacket and thick sweaters if you plan to visit in Nov.
