From HKIA, you can take the flights to reach Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Longgang City Centre or Ziwei Garden, you can take that bus to reach there.
Then you can take a taxi to reach the cyber park.
I think the Huanglongge Commercial Hotel on Huamei Road is a nice one and you can live there.

What about ferry service?? Flight means expensive is it Not??

Yes, air ticket fare is more expensive than ferry. By ferry, you can take it at Skypier near HKIA to SZ Shekou Port, with the fare of CNY290 for super class cabin and CNY260 for economy class cabin. It takes around half an hour to reach. Upon arrival at Shekoue, take bus no. 329 to get off at Longgang Zhongzhuang bus stop. Then you will find Tianan Cyber park easily.
