Pls let me know how to go from Guangzhou to Tian men shan mountain Hunan by train,how many hours?

From GZ, there are three direct trains to reach Zhangjiajie city. Upon reaching Zhangjiajie city, you can take a taxi to reach Tianmenshan.
The three direct trains are T8316/T8317, K9068/K9069 and K9064/K9065.
