There is no direct bus taking you to reach the Window of World, so it is suggested to take the local subway Luobao Line.
From the Luohu Bus Station, you easily find the exit of Luobao Line, so you can walk to reach to take the Luobao Line to reach Window of World Station. Upon reaching that station, you can easily find the entrance of that park.
