Where to apply as non-Malaysian citizen in KL?

I'm in Kuala Lumpur on business and have been invited to China for a meeting before returning home - do I apply for a Business Visa at the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre here in KL, or the Embassy? And as I am busy working, can I get someone (eg travel agent?) apply for me?

You can entrust a travel agency to apply on your behalf from the CVASC in KL.
