I ordered my package on 23 August 2013. The seller received payment on 26 August 2013. The tracking history shows status of "Collecting" on 26 August 2013 at 2136 at a location of 51001020 with a destination of US. The next status shows "Opening" on 28 August 2013 at 0816 at a location of 51003100 with a destination of US. The next status indicates "Departure from putward office of exchange" on 28 August 2013 at 0947 at a location of 51003100 with a destination of US. And the last status I can see states "NULL" on 28 August 2013 at 2304 at a location of FOC with a destination of US. Can you explain what all this really means and tell me when I should expect to receive my package. The seller stated at the time of the original sale that I should receive the package no later than 27 September 2013. It is now 3 October 2013 and I still have no idea where my package is or when I will receive it.
