What is the best month to travel to Chongqing in terms of weather and sightseeing?

How is Chongqing in December?

The best travel season to this city should be around April to May and Sep. to Nov.

In Dec. it would be a little cold, with the average temperature of around 10C and the cloudy days would be the majority.
