How would I address a letter goign to Wuxi Jiangsu China?

how would i address a letter going to Wuxi Jiangsu China?
I have the following address:
Apt 91-401 W U LI Xin Cun
Wuxi, Jiangsu China 214000
Would this be correct?

You also need to write down the district name that the village (Wuli Xincun) belong to. Just like this: apartment ……, Wuli Xincun, ……District, Wuxi, 214000, Jiangsu, China.
