lost package status null n location 31002400 was send to ZA

pls help is it possible 4 de package 2 go back 2 south africa.it says location 31002400 its tracking no:RA587155863CN.
can u post it to P o box 28878, sunnyside, pretoria, 0002 in south africa

Are you sure with the tracking number? Since late March of 2013, the status has no changes. I suggest you go to ur local postal office to have a good consultation.
