China visa requirements for a Bangladeshi official passport holder

Willing to attend an orthopaedic conference ( COA 2013) in Beijing, China from 7-10 November 2013. I am director & professor of National Institute of Traumatology & Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, Dhaka holding an official passport. Do I need a pre-arrival visa to enter China

No, it is not required, you can enter China freely for this visit with your official passport.
