I am from Delhi and currently studying in Mumbai for past 2mnths. Can I apply at Visa centre mumbai?

Hi

I wish to travel to China for 10 days from 18th October 2013 onwards. It is entirely for tourism purposes. This is my second trip to China.

I am from New Delhi and currently studying in Mumbai for past 2 months. I wish to take a direct flight from Mumbai to Chengdu. So my concern is that can I apply for visa at the China Visa application service centre in Mumbai? Or I have to make the application only at the China Visa application service centre in New Delhi?
