I will be at Beijing from 23/12/2013 - 30/12/2013, how is the weather like? Will it be hazy or foggy?

My tour agency told me it will not be foggy because it is dry winter. will it snow?

Yes, winter in BJ will be dry, but the fog also exists.
The late December is the snowing time for BJ, but whether you can see it or not is hard to predict. It is suggested to pay attention on the weather forecast in advance.

Is the fog very bad to the extend that I can't see anything clearly, even taking pictures?
I am quite worried about the fog.
