taiwan visit in february 2014 after cny

Question

I'm planning to visit Taiwan after CNY (which is from 31 Jan- 14 Feb 2014). Is it a good time for shopping (any post CNY sales?) and sightseeing if we visit on 15 Feb-22 Feb 2014? Will it be very cold?

During that time, it is a good time for visiting, but may not be a good time for shopping because it is not the season time. The average temperature is around 15 to 25C for the north part and around 20 to 28C for the south part.
