and after I visit Haunglong I will return to Chongqing, where is the better place to stay between Huanglong and JZG

But as I know, the Huanglong Scenic Area would close from Dec. to March in the next year, so  you may be unable to visit that during Dec. 27-28. Meanwhile, I heard the buses for the journey may be out of service as well. In spite of that, JZG is still open then for your enjoyment. There are hotels or hostels near JZG. Don't worry!
