Permanent Residence permit

Hi,
I am a Bangladeshi passport holder residing in China since 1991. I came over here with govt. scholarship and completed my graduation and masters here. After completing my masters - I went back to Bangladesh and came again with a job as Chief representative of a "Representative office of foreign Enterprise". So, it has been already 22 years I am leaving in China. I have owned an apartment in Suzhou, Jiangsu. I have to renew my residence permit every year. Is it possible for me to get a permanent residence here in China. If yes then how. Pls let me know.
