why is my package still in china after 30 days from shipment. it was shipped aug.

Question

My package is RB777707253CN and was purchased from Ali Express an Alibaba Company. It was shipped 8/28/2013 and as of today Sept. 28, 2013 it still shows exactly as it did a month ago. When tracking the package today it reads 8/28/2013 at 11:04pm it was in FOC location and the activity is NULL. Did the shipper make a mistake when he shipped the item or not pay the fee? I have purchased several items from China sellers and this has never happened before. Please advise what you find and thank you very very much for your help with this item.

Firstly, I'd like to tell u that the NULL you searched means the status of Delivery to Airport and the airport here is FOC, the code of Fuzhou Changle Airport. Though, your item has come to u on Oct. 5, hasn't it? Well, here is the latest information online:October 5, 2013, 11:48 am, Delivered, BEAVER FALLS, PA 15010
