How can I get my husband visa?

Hi I'm living in china from last 3 year and I've student X.my husband live and work in UAE (Dubai).now we both made plan for living together . he can afford his self and my self Even all my expenses of living and tution paid by him already.
so how should we apply and how can I get his permanent one like I've 2 more years remaining here.so I need his 2 years as well
Plz guide well and do let me know one more thing that which documents would be require for him thanks

He is able to apply for S1 type to accompany your student X. You can send him an invitation letter, copies of your X and residence permit. Also, marriage certificate is required for application.
