ReplyHi, you should submit your application to CVASC. As the holiday notice released on their website, the center will be closed from 1st (Tuesday) to 3rd (Thursday) October 2013 to observe the Chinese National Day. So, you can submit your application on 4th Oct. using rush or express service.00Reply
