About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

X visa application in Hong Kong

Hello there, i am making a new passport right now and i am planning to continue to study here in China, im from Venezuela and i want to know if i can get a new student X in Hong Kong or if this kind i can only apply from my country,

It is hard to say, because the new regulation was put into operation recently. As far as I know, it is possible to get tourist L, business F and M in HK. I am not sure about the long-term ones such as work Z and student X type, you are suggested to contact an agency for the latest requirements.
