Actually, the bus you are referring to is local signtseeing bus, which has the stop of Site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xin Tian Di at the west of 222, Hubin Road.0

As I know, the sightseeing buses are operated by Springtour, which has mmore than one branch in this city. I know its headquaters is at No. 1558, Dingxi Road, which is not the stop of the bus.0
