About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

two airlines

we fly from Sydney to Shanghai with Qantas Airline arriving october, 13 at 18.30 at shanghai airport. Our flight back to Germany is with Lufthansa airline october 16, Departure 23.45. will the 72-hour policy apply if we Check-In at the airport at 18.30 the latest? thank you for your answer

I am afraid not if the time between scheduled landing and departure is longer than 72 hours showing on your tickets. Anyway, you can confirm this with Qabtas Airline if they allow boarding under such situation.
