I need a confirmation Euro hostel and chungking mansion in Hong Kong are they the same hotel

I need a confirmation Euro hostel and chungking mansion are they the same hotel. Is this situated in central area for shopping , etc Is this Hotel safe?

The hostel is at 17 Floor, Flat D6 of Chungking Mansion. It is convenient to shop around. Besides, there are many stores at the Chungking Mansion itself. I remember they are at the ground and underground floors.

To my experience, it is not that safe for solo female travelers. But if you are a group, it is fine.
