New visa regulation

Hi, do you know what are the new regulations for obtaining a tourist L to mainland China once in HK? How long does it take? I have US/Peru dual nationality so is it possible with one of these passports?

Yes, you can apply in HK with any of your passport. Regular processing takes 4 working days. If necessary, you can also apply through a local travel agency there.
