I am a Nigerian with Chinese Visa, Can I visit Honkong during the validity of my stay in China

Yes, but you need to apply for a Hong Kong visa in advance either from the HK Immigration office in Beijing or HK immigration directly. BTW, if your Chinese visa is single entry, you can not return to mainland from HK.
