About:Chinese National Day

Will government offices be closed for the entire week of Sept. 30-Oct. 6?

Specifically, I'm looking for information regarding the offices that deal with visas/ stay extensions... What are the "business days" surrounding this holiday? Some companies work on the weekend to make up for the time off...does the government? Thanks much to anyone with answers!

I'm afraid the government office, concerning the visas, will close during Chinese National Day holiday, which will last from Oct. 1 to Oct. 7. Therefore, it will be open on Sep. 30.
