About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

What do I need in order to apply for a One year multiple entry visa ? Can I get at the same day?

It is difficult unless you can provide previous ones issued in the last two years, as well as proof of frequent visits this time such as flight tickets and hotel bookings.
