Please tell me the cheapest and fastest way from Hong Kong Airport to SanYang Hotel in Huizhou.

I think you can take the airport shuttle bus to reach HZ directly first and then change to take a taxi to reach your hotel easily.
The bus' duration is around three hours and a half to four hours.
