From dongcheng, Beijing how to go to black dragon pool in miyun then to silver mountain & pagoda forest after

We would like to go to miyun then right after to changping district for the silver mountain. Would like to visit the places in just one day because of the limited stay in BJ. Whats the best and fast means of transportation? Please give us the directions to go by train. Thanks
