About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

medical certificate required for work permit?

I am providing information to a company in Ningbo that is hiring me. I currently reside in Portland Oregon. They are asking me for a consulate accredited foreign medical certificate. Is their a form or any quidence you can provide about where I need to go and what is exactly nedded?

Yes, medical examination record is required. You can download the form from the website of the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country or just go there to acquire one. Furthermore, you have to go through the examinations at the assigned hospitals by the embassy or consulate.
