WHICH VISA OFFICE DO I GO TO?

I am a little confused. I need to apply for a Tourist Visa for Mainland China, but am not sure which Office I should be visiting - the one Suite 1501, University Center, 393 University Avenue, Toronto OR 240 St. George Street, Toronto, Ontario M5R 2N5?
