About:Beijing Bell and Drum Towers

Is there a bus that we can take from Guloudajie Station to Bell Tower in Beijing?

You can walk to the Bell Tower Bridge South Station where you can find the bus line 60 to reach Bell Tower Station and then walk to reach the Bell Tower.
In my opinion, it is suggested to walk to reach the Bell Tower easily from the Guloudajie Station.
