how can i apply a visa for hong kong?

I am a Nigerian, I want to travel to buy goods in Hong kong, please advice where I can submit my application as there is no Hong Kong office here in Nigeria. The chinese embassy also are not responding to issue proprely .

Hey, you can go to apply from the Chinese embassy in your country. It takes four to eight weeks to deal with your application if your application is sent to HK Immigration Department.
