How is the weather in December in Shangri-la?

Hi, may I know the weather in December?
So there is direct bus from lijiang to S, am I right?
How long is the journey and how much is the bus fare?

The average temperatue at that time is around -9 to 10C in Dec.. The temperature difference is big for that place.
From Lijang, there is direct bus.
The bus takes about 3 to 4 hours and the bus fare is around 40 to 60RMB.
