About:Harbin Ice Festival

Can I know what will the temperature be like in Jan. in Harbin?will there be snow?will i get to see the ice palace?

my family will be visiting haerbin on 2nd jan next year to 4th jan.

The average temperautre is around -16C to -25C and it will of course will snow during that time. Everywhere will be covered with snow.
Jan. is the best time to see the ice palace.

I will not be there for the whole of Jan..only from 31 Dec to 2nd Jan..i am not sure whether it will snow during that period
