Can I apply Chinese student visa in Melbourne?

Hi, Im Indonesian Student and currently studying in Melbourne Australia. As I'm not having holiday right now in Australia, So I couldn't go back to Indonesia.

Yes, you can apply in Melbourne. However, you need to provide your Australian student visa (both copy and orginal ones) when you submit your application to the CVASC in Melbourne.
