local psb denied to give z residence, what to do?

dear friends, I have a great problem I setup a company in a small town of Hubei province. later completed my all Z type documentsand after that went to my country and Z one from Chinese embassy. after entry in China I registered my self in local police station and appeared for z-residence first they wasted my time and later on finally denied to give me residence. on 22nd September my visa will expire. please guide me how to solve this problem?

Is there anything wrong with the documents you prepare for applying for the residence permit? Did you ask them why you were rejected? If they refused your application, then you should leave before your Z expires. Otherwise, you will be fined or detained (if serious).

dear nothing wrong with the documents. all documents are fine. I also consulted with specielists, they are also 100% sure about documents. actually PSb officer said without any reason he don't want to accept my documents and he have right to not accept the documents of anybody without reason.
