About:Chinese Consulates in Brazil

Can I apply for Visa in Rio?

I am a US citizen traveling long-term. After South America, I plan on visiting China.

The applicants who apply in the third country must provide residence permit for working or studying in the third country when they submit their application. I am not sure if you can get it successfully since you just travel in Brazil.
