About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Work in PRC during residence permit.

I'm Karan from India. Can I work during the extended temporary residence permit (for one year) in PRC?
After get married. I can't be just free for 1 year. Is it possible to work after having temporary residence permit if no. Then what are the possibilities to work? What do I need to do?
I'm in a great fuss . Please help to understand everything about this.

I think you can't if you don't acquire the Z type visa.
