I am Indian travelling from Delhi to vancouver,with 12 hr stopover at Shanghai. Can I leave airport?

If you want to leave the airport, you need to apply for the stay permit when you arrive.0

Don't worry. It's just a stamp that you will get when you leave the airport. It's free of charge. However, please do notice that the stamp shouldn't be stamped on your visa for next trip.1
