About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

How do I apply for multiple entry Visa to China for my Thai wife who is stays with me in Singapore?

Where should I go? Procedure? Operating hours? Contact number of relevant office?

You should go to apply from the CVASC in Singapore. The opening hours and contact info are already listed on the above page.
