Personally, Double Moons Beach (Shuangyue Bay) and Xunliao Bay are best destinations. It is around 60km from Changping, Dongguan. There are direct buses between Changping and HZ, leaving from Changping Bus Station. Upon arrival, you can take a taxi or local public transportation to the beach.
