What does "Opening Shanghai" mean?RB737565027CN

Where is my package and why does it say "Opening Shanghai" when I track it? It's been a month since the last tracking update.

It means that your item was opened to be checked by the customs. By now, it should be on the way to the destination or have arrived at your country customs. It is suggested to consult your local post office soon.
