i am going for business i full every doucment except i have not get a business licence

I have invitation later with stamp and signature. I have valid passport and Flight booking.

According to the new requirements on application, you need to apply for a M type for your business trip. However, it doesn't require that the applicants to provide the business license. I think you can apply for the M at the embassy.
