About:

Sightseeing and weather in late October in Xining

Me and my wife will spend 4 days in that city in late October. We would like to stay a night on the lake and the rest of the 3 days visiting places. Is there a tour agency that can arrange this trip. We are staying at Lete Youth Hostel for the first 2 nights. What is the temperature at this time of the year. More tips appreciated.

For tour agency, I think you may contact TravelChinaGuide.com to ask. I joined their tour early this year and thought it is a great tour agency. Their email address is tours@travelchinaguide.com.
For the averaget temperature is around 1 to 14C for the whole month and it is a little bit colder in the later of that month.
