where can i hold a panda in chengdu?

Hi, I am now in CD and want to visit one of the panda bases, and hopefully hold a baby panda. Do you know in which one it will be possible and how much it will cost? Thanx!

Research Base of Gaint Panda Breeding in Chengdu is suggested and the cost is around 1300RMB for a hug for about one minute.

They've since raised the price to RMB 2000.  You get to hold the panda for a few minutes, and they'll take pictures with your camera and theirs.  They'll print one of the pictures and include it in a frame for you.  You can also ask to have their photos transferred on to your USB or SD card if you have one.  Great experience!During the holiday season, I would suggest calling ahead to reserve a spot or going early.  Last time I went with visitors, we had to beg and plead to let them do this as they said it had already been booked up with tour groups.
