Public transport to Juyongguan Pass - URGENT HELP

Hi - This Thursday I attempted to go to JYG Pass of the Great Wall.
On arrival at Longze subway station I found the bus stop on the road opposite but could find no stop for bus 68, although there was one for 58. I asked an attendant for help and showed her the number 68 written down, but she waved me away - her English was as bad as my Chinese. I waited at least 45 minutes but saw no bus number 68 in either direction nor saw the number on any bus stop.
Does anyone know if this bus still runs or is there an easy other route using public transport as I am not keen on keep changing buses. My last day in Beijing is Monday so any urgent advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Tony

Sorry for the late reply, but I'd like to tell you that you may make a mistake. There is no direct bus between Longze MTR Station and Juyongguan. Actually, you can find bus no. Chang21, Chang 20 or Chang 19 (Chang means 昌), either of them will take you to Shahe Station where you can transfer to Chang68 (昌68) to your destination directly.

Thank you for taking your time to reply Mindy.
Many web sites, including this one, say you can get the bus no 68 from outside Longze station to JYG Pass, but as you say this is not correct as bus no 68 does not run from there.
I managed to see the great wall but not at JYG Pass, so if I am ever lucky enough to visit China again I will follow your directions to get to JYG Pass.
Thanks again
Tony
